Place the egg in a sauce pan and pour enough water to cover it.
Bring the water to a rolling boil on medium heat. Let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
Cover the saucepan and let the egg sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
Take out the egg and let it to cool down. Peel and cut it into half.
Take out the yolk in another bowl or plate and mash using a fork.
Pour in the fresh orange juice and mix well with the egg yolk. Serve immediately.
