Egg Yolk Quinoa Stir Fry for Babies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped french bean optional
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • A fat pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan.¬†Add the grated carrot and chopped French beans and fry for a minute.
  • Add the cooked quinoa to the pan and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add beaten egg yolk to the quinoa followed by freshly crushed black pepper.
  • Stir fry constantly for about 2 minutes so that the egg yolk gets scrambled and coats the quinoa grains.
  • Serve the egg yolk quinoa stir fry warm.
