Fruity Paneer Puree for Babies

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 2-3 cubes of Paneer / Cottage Cheese
  • Whey as required to dilute the puree can use drinking water instead


  • Wash and hull the strawberries. Chop roughly. Peel and chop the banana.
  • Blend the banana, strawberry pieces, paneer and whey to a smooth puree.
  • Add more whey or water and pulse to adjust the consistency of the puree.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
