In a large mixing bowl add the multi millet pan cake mix, grated paneer, salt, carom seeds, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, coriander and 1 teaspoon ghee.
Mix everything very well using finger tips.
Now add little water at a time and knead into a semi soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
Take each dough ball between the palms, slightly flatten it and using a rolling pin, roll it on a dusted platform into a round shape.
Carefully transfer the rolled out paratha to a heated skillet and cook the paratha from both sides until light brown spots appear on the surface.
Brush the paratha with ghee.
Repeat the same for rest of the dough.
Serve the multi millet paneer paratha warm with curd, pickle or dal.
