choco dates smoothie powder from My Little Moppet Foods
1/4
cup
milk
1
ripe banana
1
tablespoon
honey
1
tablespoon
desiccated coconut
For garnishing the smoothie bowl
Few banana slices
Slices
of kiwi fruit
Chopped walnuts
Chia seeds
Desiccated coconut
Instructions
To a blender jar, add all the ingredients and pulse 3-4 times to get a smooth creamy smoothie.
Pour the smoothie to a bowl and garnish with sliced banana, sliced kiwi fruit, chopped walnuts, desiccated coconut and some chia seeds.
Serve immediately.
