Ingredients

  • ½ carrot
  • ½ potato
  • ½ pumpkin
  • Pepper for seasoning
  • ghee

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and pour a teaspoon of ghee.
  • Add chopped beans and cook it for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.
  • Saute till it gets mildly roasted.
  • Now add chopped carrot and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Next add chopped pumpkin and potato and saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add pinch of pepper for seasoning.
  • Allow it to cook well.
  • Now add a tablespoon of water.
  • Cover and allow it to cook
  • After 4-5 minutes’, test if the veggies have been cooked to crunchy consistency.
  • The nutritious finger food is now ready to be served.
