Heat a pan and pour a teaspoon of ghee.
Add chopped beans and cook it for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.
Saute till it gets mildly roasted.
Now add chopped carrot and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Next add chopped pumpkin and potato and saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
Add pinch of pepper for seasoning.
Allow it to cook well.
Now add a tablespoon of water.
Cover and allow it to cook
After 4-5 minutes’, test if the veggies have been cooked to crunchy consistency.
The nutritious finger food is now ready to be served.
