Take 5 eggs.
Add salt and pepper.
Beat well.
Take a pan and grease it with oil.
Add water in idly cooker.
Place the pan into it.
Pour the egg mixture.
Close the lid.
Steam cook for 20-25 Minutes.
Check if it is cooked.
Cut it into small pieces.
Beat an egg and keep it aside.
Mix rice flour and corn flour.
Take the pieces one by one.
Dip in egg.
Coat the pieces with flour mixture.
Then again dip in egg.
Coat with Rusk crumbs.
Deep fry them till it turns Golden brown.
Tasty and crunchy egg fingers is ready to be served.
