Ingredients

  • Blanched and pureed spinach- 4 tbsp
  • Grated garlic- 1 clove you can skip if your toddler doesn’t like the taste
  • Wheat flour- 1 tbsp
  • Milk- one and a half cup
  • Black pepper powder- a pinch
  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream- 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Take butter in a non-stick pan and heat it.
  • Then add garlic and sauté a little.
  • Add wheat flour and sauté well for 2 minutes. Add milk and keep stirring so as to avoid any lumps.
  • Let the milk come to a boil and add black pepper after lowering the heat.
  • Stir in the spinach puree and let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring.
  • Add salt, mix well and remove the pan from heat.
  • Take out the soup in a bowl and add fresh cream.
  • Serve it warm to your little one.
