Ingredients

  • Pumpkin - 1 slice
  • Rava/Sooji - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour- 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Peel the skin of the pumpkin piece.
  • Slice the pieces horizontally into fingers (pieces has to be in the size which is suitable for the baby to hold and eat).
  • Add corn flour and rice flour in a bowl.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Take a pan and heat oil for frying.
  • Take pumpkin fingers and dip it in the flour mixture
  • Then coat with rava.
  • Shallow fry until it becomes golden brown
  • Crispy pumpkin sooji fingers is now ready to serve.
