Curd oats khichdi for babies is a protein rich meal idea for babies above 6 months. This energy rich khichdi can be given to babies as a lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Curd - 4 Tbsp
  • Organic Oatmeal Powder - 2Tbsp
  • Grated Carrot - 1Tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - A Pinch

Instructions

  • In a Pan, Add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Add oatmeal powder to it.
  • Stir well without lumps.
  • Cook on medium heat, until the porridge thickens.
  • Keep the porridge aside
  • Heat ghee in a small wok.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • Let it splutter.
  • Add grated carrot.
  • Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
  • In oats Porridge, add curd and the carrot mixture
  • Mix well and serve warm.
