In a Pan, Add 1/2 cup of water.
Add oatmeal powder to it.
Stir well without lumps.
Cook on medium heat, until the porridge thickens.
Keep the porridge aside
Heat ghee in a small wok.
Add cumin seeds.
Let it splutter.
Add grated carrot.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
In oats Porridge, add curd and the carrot mixture
Mix well and serve warm.
