Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
Add rava and saute till you get the nice aroma.
Add grated coconut and saute for a minute.
Add boiled milk to the roasted rava.
Stir continuously till it becomes thick and non-sticky.
Add dry dates powder and dry fruits powder.
On a low flame, mix well without lumps.
Add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
Add cardamom powder.
Mix well to form a dough.
Grease ghee in hands.
Take a pinch of dough and roll into ball. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
Yummy no sugar rava dates balls are ready.
