Break eggs in a bowl and add vanilla essence.
Beat well.
In another bowl, take butter, jaggery and whisk well.
Sieve the flour and add it into the creamed mixture.
Add beaten egg mixture to it and blend it well.
Finally add milk and mix well.
Grease the aluminium cake tin and dust with wheat flour on all sides.
Pour the batter into the cake tin.
Boil water in a cooker (Preheating), place the cake tin and close the lid without the weight.
Cook in medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Check with toothpick, if it comes clean, then your cake is done.
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Unmould the cake onto a plate.
Garnish with fruits of your choice.
