Wash rinse and soak moong dal and urad dal for 1-2 hours.
Grind soaked dals with green chillies and ginger.
Transfer to mixing bowl.
Add carrot, onion and chopped coriander (or) any veggies of your choice.
Mix well.
Heat dosa pan and take one ladle of batter to make dosa.
Drizzle ghee and flip when it turns golden brown. Make sure that both the sides are cooked well.
Serve with chutney of your choice.
