Moong Dal and Urad Dal Cheela / Dosa [ Dosa recipe for Kids]

Ingredients

  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal – 1 cup
  • Moong dal – 1 cup
  • Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
  • Grated onion - 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilly - 1
  • Ginger – few pieces
  • Coriander leaves – few

Instructions

  • Wash rinse and soak moong dal and urad dal for 1-2 hours.
  • Grind soaked dals with green chillies and ginger.
  • Transfer to mixing bowl.
  • Add carrot, onion and chopped coriander (or) any veggies of your choice.
  • Mix well.
  • Heat dosa pan and take one ladle of batter to make dosa.
  • Drizzle ghee and flip when it turns golden brown. Make sure that both the sides are cooked well.
  • Serve with chutney of your choice.
