Heat a pan, add peanuts.
Roast for 8 - 9 minutes on low flame until it turns into light golden brown color.
Transfer it into a plate and let it cool.
Peel off the peanut skin thoroughly.
Now add peanuts, jaggery and cardamom powder into a blender.
Blend well till it becomes fine powder.
Transfer it to a bowl.
Add melted ghee and mix well to form a dough.
Pinch small portions of dough and roll into laddoos.
A perfect healthy snack peanut ladoo is ready to be served.
