Select fresh ripe chikoo fruit which has a firm outer skin. Cut the fruit from middle into 2 parts. Remove the seeds and scoop out the inner soft pulpy part with a spoon.
Pulse the chikoo pulp in a grinder jar to obtain a smooth puree. You may add water or breastmilk to thin out the puree. In the later stage you may just mash the chikoo pulp with a fork and serve the baby.
This recipe is suitable for 6 months+ babies.
