Ingredients

  • Oats cereal - 2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  • Method to prepare the oats cereal
  • Take organic, gluten free rolled oats and pulse them in a grinder jar to get powdered oats.
  • Store this powdered oats in an air tight glass container and use as per need.
  • Method to prepare the porridge
  • Take 2 teaspoon of the homemade oats cereal in a pan. Add 1 cup water to it. Whisk it well.
  • Now transfer the pan to gas top and allow the mix to boil and cook for about 5 minutes or until it thickens a bit.
  • Keep stirring continuously to make sure that the porridge does not catch the bottom of the pan.
  • Put off the flame. Transfer the porridge to a sterilized dry bowl and serve to your baby. You may further dilute the porridge with breast- milk if desired.
