Wash the cauliflower florets. Steam them in a steamer for 12-15 minutes or until they are tender.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower florets to a grinder jar while warm. Add paneer cubes and pulse couple of times to get a smooth puree.
Add breast milk or formula to thin the puree as per desired consistency.
Pinch of black pepper can be added to flavor the puree. This can also serve as a dip for your little one to go with baked veggie fingers or crackers.
