Frozen Yoghurt Banana Bites [Teething Recipe]

Bananas are considered to be the best first foods due to its highest nutritional content. They are rich in many essential nutrients including fiber, vitamin B6, vitamin C, manganese and potassium. On the other hand, curd is calcium and protein rich. This combination is loaded with fiber and would support gut health of the babies. Frozen fruits are the best to soothe the teething pain and hence we have made this a frozen delight for teething babies. This recipe is suitable for babies above 9 months.

  • Banana - 3
  • Yoghurt - 1 cup
  • Dry fruits Powder Optional


  • Line a sheet of parchment paper with butter.
  • Peel and slice two bananas into half inch slices.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mash 1 banana using masher.
  • Add yoghurt and whisk well.
  • Dip frozen banana in the mixture and place in parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Add Dry Fruits Powder as toppings and serve.
