Apple Barley Porridge
Apple Barley Porridge proves to be a power packed recipe which keeps the baby’s tummy filling and also adds more health benefits!
Apple - 1
Barley - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Wash and soak barley for 30 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add the soaked barley and saute for few minutes.
Add chopped apple and saute.
Add 1 cup of water.
On low flame, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Mash the porridge.
