Carrot Moongdal Soup for Babies

Ingredients

  • Carrot - 2tbsp
  • Moongdal - 2tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Jeera powder - 1/4tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
  • Ghee - 1tsp

Instructions

  • Wash and soak moongdal for half an hour.
  • Melt ghee in a pan.
  • Add moongdal, carrot and saute.
  • Add turmeric powder.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
  • Add pepper and jeera for seasoning.
  • Mash and serve warm.
