Ingredients

  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Sooji – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1

Instructions

  • Mash bananas and keep it aside (Please make sure that the bananas are fully ripe).
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Roast sooji well in the ghee, until nice aroma comes from it.
  • Add water slowly and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
  • Now add mashed banana and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sooji banana halwa is ready.
