Dates poha badam kheer mix is a nutritious health mix for toddlers to adults, which is extremely good for brain development and weight gain in kids. It’s easily made at home with the goodness of dry fruits and poha.

Ingredients

  • Dates – 3 chopped
  • Badam - 3
  • Raisins - 1tbsp
  • Poha - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • In a bowl add dates, badam and raisin.
  • Add water and let it soak overnight or for 6 hours.
  • Wash, rinse and soak poha for 10 minutes.
  • Grind all together in a blender.
  • In a pan, add 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture and stir without lumps.
  • Cook in low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
