In a bowl, mix wheat and raw kerala banana powder.
Add salt and mix well.
Add curd and whisk.
Add water till desired consistency is obtained.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Add onion, bell pepper and carrot (or) any veggies of your choice.
Heat dosa pan and take one ladle of batter to make dosa.
Drizzle ghee and flip when golden brown until both sides are cooked well.
Serve with chutney of your choice.
