Ingredients

  • Black urad dal - 4 Tbsp
  • Rice - 2 Tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds Optional - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Dry Roast Black urad dal.
  • Dry Roast Rice.
  • Dry roast fenugreek seeds.
  • Let it cool.
  • Transfer into a grinding jar.
  • Grind well into fine powder.
  • NOTE: You can sieve the powder to get a finer texture.
  • Black urad dal rice porridge powder can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 Months.

  • Add 2 tbsp of porridge powder in a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of water and mix well.
