Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Jaggery - 1/4 cup
  • Dessicated coconut - 1/4 Cup
  • Mixed nuts powder - 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Knead the wheat flour using ghee and water.
  • Form a dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • For stuffing- Add Mixed nuts powder, jaggery, dessicated coconut and cardamom and Mix well
  • Pinch a small portion of dough and make it into cups
  • Add stuffing in the dough and gather the sides towards the center and pinch the edges together to seal it.
  • Roll out the stuffed dough-ball into a thick paratha.
  • Cook the paratha over a heated skillet till both sides are cooked and brown.
  • Drizzle some ghee over the paratha as you cook it.
  • NOTE: The stuffing can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
