Chop the dried figs roughly into pieces.
Transfer the chopped figs, jaggery into a pressure cooker.
Add water and Mix well.
Pressure cook for one whistle in a pressure cooker.
Once pressure released, open the pressure cooker.
On medium flame, Cook and stir it occasionally until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
Mash the cooked dried figs with a masher.
Squeeze lemon juice.
