Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan.
Dry roast makhana till it becomes crisp.
Transfer and Let it cool.
On low flame add 1 tsp of ghee.
Add jaggery and little water, mix well.
Add elaichi powder.
Keep stirring till string consistency is obtained.
Add makhana and stir till it coats well.
Transfer to big plate, let it cool for few minutes and separate each makhana.
Sweet makhana is ready!
