Egg Yolk Rice Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Cooked rice

Instructions

  • In a pan add required water and place the egg in it,cook for 10-15 minutes under the medium flame.
  • Once the egg is boiled remove it's shell,cut it into half and scoop out the creamy yolk.
  • Transfer yolk into a mixer jar,add little bit water in it and grind the yolk with 1-2 pulse.
  • Add the cooked rice into the mixture, grind again till you get a smooth paste consistency.
  • Creamy egg rice porridge is ready to serve while it's warm.
