Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted suji
  • 1 cup malai/milk cream fresh
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Ghee to grease the tawa
  • Bread slices

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients except bread and ghee.
  • Apply a little mixture on a bread slice.
  • Heat a tawa and grease it with little ghee.
  • Put the slice on the tawa with the mixture side down.
  • Cook from both sides till Brown.
  • Your delicious breakfast or a filling yummy snack is ready.
