Rajma Sandwich Recipe for Kids

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiled rajma
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bellpepper finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients except bread slices.
  • Cut the corners of bread and wet it with water slightly.
  • Put a little mixture on the bread slice.
  • Cover with another wet slice of bread.
  • Press the slices together,so that the filling does not comes out.
  • Prepare the other sandwiches like this.
  • Either deep fry or shallow fry them or roast them in a tawa.
  • Serve with dip of your choice.
