Slice 2 apples and finely chop it.
In a bowl marinate the apples with lemon juice for 3 to 4 minutes.
Don't marinate for a long time as the apples may turn brown.
In a pan, add ghee/butter and add the cinnamon sticks to it.
After a few seconds remove the cinnamon sticks, as we are adding them just for flavor.
Add the chopped apple pieces and cook till soft.
Add Jaggery/brown sugar and cook till both apple and jaggery blend together.
NO WATER SHOULD BE ADDED TO COOK THE APPLES
Allow the mixture to cool.
Blend this in a blender and store it in a dry bottle.
It can be stored up to 2 to 3 days.
