Scoop the flesh out of the mangoes and puree.
Boil the milk till the quantity is reduced to half. Always reduce milk on low flame to prevent it from burning. It took me around an hour to reduce the milk.
Add khoya and mix well.
Add the condensed milk and mix well. Simmer the mixture for fifteen minutes or till it thickens.
Add almond and pista silvers.
Cool and add the mango puree and mix well.
Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze till set.
Slice and serve chilled.
