In a wok add oil
Saute ginger and garlic.once the raw smell is gone add onions.
Saute onions to a light brown colour.
Add beans and carrots.
Cook till slightly done.
Add capsicum and cook.
Add salt, black pepper powder and soya sauce.
Keep the veges a bit crunch
Cook rice separately and spread them in a plate with fork. (see notes as how to cook rice).
Now add the cooked rice and toss well.
Your fried rice is ready.
Garnish with a sprig of coriander leaves.
