Mash the ripe banana in a bowl. Add coconut milk and cinnamon powder to it and whisk well until we get a smooth batter.
Remove the crust from the bread and cut into pieces of desired shape.
Dip each piece into the mixture to coat it well from both sides. Remove it quickly.
Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the pieces for 1-2 minutes or until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
