Using a grinder , pulse the oats 2-3 times to get oat meal (powdered oats)
Add ripe banana chunks and milk to the grinder jar with oatmeal.
Pulse 2-3 times to get a lump free batter.
Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee or olive oil in a pan .
Using a small ladle , pour the pancake batter in the centre of the pan. Allow it to spread a little on its own. Do not spread the batter much.
Cover cook the pancake on low to medium flame for a minute or so and flip the pancake.
Cook from both the sides until it turns golden brown.
Repeat the same with remaining batter.
Now using a heart shape cookie cutter, cut out small heart shape pancakes.
Serve the heart shape oats banana pancakes either as it is or with strawberry banana puree or honey .
