Ingredients

  • 1 cup My Little Moppet Foods Choco Multigrain Health Drink mix
  • 1/2 cup My Little Moppet Foods dry dates powder
  • 1/4 cup cold ghee
  • Few drops of milk
  • Few cashew nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Grease a baking tray or line it with a parchment paper.
  • Meanwhile, sift the chocolate multigrain health mix.
  • Add dried dates powder to it.
  • Mix well.
  • Add cold ghee and work it with the flour using finger tips until the mix resembles bread crumbs.
  • Add just 1-2 drops of milk, if required to combine it to a dough. Do not knead, just gather.
  • Pinch out small dough portion and roll between the palms to flatten it.
  • Gently press a cashew nut at the center of the cookie dough.
  • Make all the cookies in the similar way and arrange on a greased baking tray with enough space between each cookie.
  • Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius in a preheated oven.
  • Allow the cookies to cool down completely on a wire rack before transferring them to an airtight container. The cookies are a bit soft while hot and will crumble easily. So be gentle while handling them when they are hot. They will harden on cooling.
