Heat ghee in a cooker.
Add Jeera powder.
Add carrot, potato and green peas and sauté for few seconds.
Add moongal and sauté.
Add Barley and saute.
Add turmeric and hing to it.
Add 1 cup of water. The water quantity can be increased or decreased as per the desired consistency.
Let it cook for 3-4 whistles.
Mash well.
Yummy Khichdi is ready to serve.
