Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk the butter.
Add coconut sugar and whisk till you obtain a creamy texture.
Add egg, vanilla essence mix well.
Sift the whole wheat flour, almond flour, desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix well.
Add milk little by little and as required.
Mix well and gather to get a dough ball.
Wrap in parchment greased with butter and refrigerate for one hour.
Roll out the dough between 2 parchment papers.
Cut it into desired shapes using cookie cutter.
Grease the baking pan with butter and transfer the cookies.
Bake at 175/180 C for 10-12 min.
You may serve the cookies as it is or decorate it with an icing or homemade jam.
