Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 1/4 Cup
  • Almond flour - 2 Cups
  • Desiccated Coconut - 2 Tbsp.
  • Milk - 2 Tbsp.
  • Coconut sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Vanilla - 1/2 Tsp
  • Butter - 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the butter.
  • Add coconut sugar and whisk till you obtain a creamy texture.
  • Add egg, vanilla essence mix well.
  • Sift the whole wheat flour, almond flour, desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add milk little by little and as required.
  • Mix well and gather to get a dough ball.
  • Wrap in parchment greased with butter and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Roll out the dough between 2 parchment papers.
  • Cut it into desired shapes using cookie cutter.
  • Grease the baking pan with butter and transfer the cookies.
  • Bake at 175/180 C for 10-12 min.
  • You may serve the cookies as it is or decorate it with an icing or homemade jam.
  • Almond Coconut Cookie is ready.
