Divide the Batter in 3 Equal Halves in Bowls
Add carrot puree to one bowl, spinach puree to the other
Whisk each batter separately to get Tricolor
Grease Mini Idli plates with ghee
Take 1 Spoon of batter and add in Mini Idli plates
On Medium Flame, add water in a steamer
Keep Idli plate on the top
Cover and cook for 5-10 Minutes
Insert a toothpick to check if it is cooked
Let It cool and slowly remove with spoons
Serve with Chutney of your choice.
