Apple Barley Porridge proves to be a power packed recipe which keeps the baby’s tummy filling and also adds more health benefits!

Ingredients

  • Apple - 1
  • Barley - 3 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Wash and soak barley for 30 minutes.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add the soaked barley and saute for few minutes.
  • Add chopped apple and saute.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • On low flame, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mash the porridge.
  • Serve warm.
