In a large mixing bowl, add flour with salt, ghee/oil and dry mix well.
Now gradually start adding water and knead to make a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside.
In a bowl add spinach, green chilli paste, chopped garlic, salt and mix well.
Add grated paneer and mix well.
Now take dough and pinch a small amount dough and roll into balls.
Flatten the ball to make small circle.
Take spoonful of filling and place it in the dough.
Fold and seal the sides to make gujiyas.
Deep fry the gujiyas on both sides until it becomes golden brown.
Serve hot.
