Wash rinse and soak chickpea for 2 to 3 hours.
Wash rinse and soak rice for 15 minutes.
Heat ghee in a cooker.
Add garlic and saute.
Add jeera powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder.
Saute.
Add rice, chickpea and mix well.
Add water.
Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Mash and serve warm.
