Cheesy Wheat Noodles for Kids

Ingredients

  • Wheat Noodles
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic chopped - 2 clove
  • Cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped - 1tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Boil 180 grams of noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain the water and let it cool.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and saute till golden brown.
  • Add milk.
  • Add grated cheese and let cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles.
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves and saute.
  • Serve warm.
