Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 1 1/2 cup
  • Carrot - 1 cup
  • Beans - 1 cup
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  • Whole wheat rusk crumbs
  • Tomato sauce - 1tbsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as required

Instructions

  • Add all the veggies in the blender and grind well.
  • In a large bowl, add the veggie mixture.
  • Add wheat rusk crumbs, ginger garlic paste, paprika, sauce, salt and mix well.
  • Add water in the corn flour and mix well to form a paste.
  • Roll the veggie dough on desired shapes.
  • Dip in the corn flour mixture.
  • Coat with whole wheat rusk crumbs.
  • Optional: freeze for half an hour before frying.
  • Shallow fry or deep fry until golden brown on both sides.
