Add all the veggies in the blender and grind well.
In a large bowl, add the veggie mixture.
Add wheat rusk crumbs, ginger garlic paste, paprika, sauce, salt and mix well.
Add water in the corn flour and mix well to form a paste.
Roll the veggie dough on desired shapes.
Dip in the corn flour mixture.
Coat with whole wheat rusk crumbs.
Optional: freeze for half an hour before frying.
Shallow fry or deep fry until golden brown on both sides.
