Egg Pudding for Babies (Without Sugar)

Eggs are very nutritious for young kids, but many of them don't like the taste! Get kids to eat eggs with this egg pudding for babies, made without sugar!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 drops of vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
METHOD
  1. Beat the egg well with a fork. Add the milk and beat again till well mixed.
  2. Add vanilla or cinnamon to the egg-milk mixture and beat again to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a small heat proof bowl and steam it. You can use an idli cooker or a steamer. If using a pressure cooker, add sufficient water and cook for 1 to 2 whistles.
  4. Serve the pudding warm.
