Kids are supposed to have 5-6 servings of fruit and vegetables a day but often fall short of this. Sneak some fruit into your child's diet with this yummy and healthy apple milkshake recipe.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup grated apple
  • 1 medium glass chilled milk
  • Sugar to taste
METHOD
  1. Into a mixer jar, add the grated apple and required amount of sugar. Grind it with little milk to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add the remaining milk to the apple paste and blend to a milkshake consistency.
