A refreshing Cool summer drink with yogurt, milk and watermelon
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups ½-inch chunks of seedless watermelon (the smaller the chunks, the easier it is to blend this watermelon smoothie)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
METHOD
  1. Cut the watermelon into small pieces
  2. If you want a cool smoothie, you can refrigerate the watermelon 2 hours prior.
  3. Blend everything together and serve chill.
NOTES
Instead of Honey you can also use maple syrup or dates syrup.
