Besan Paratha Recipe

A paratha or Roti made of besan and wheat flour
INGREDIENTS
  • Whole wheat dough
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • ½ chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 3-4 tsp oil
  • Ghee to cook the parantha
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients except ghee and oil.
  2. Knead a dough of this besan mixture with oil.do not add water.
  3. Take a small portion of whole wheat dough.
  4. Roll it into a chapati.
  5. Use besan dough as filling.
  6. And make parantha out if it.
  7. Cook on a tawa with ghee.
  8. Serve with butter or curd.
