Fruit and Nut Granola Bar

- Dry Ingredients
- 1½ cup Oats
- ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ cup almonds, flaked
- ¼ cup Dried dates,
- chopped¼ cup dried Raisins
- Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- Grease and line a 7x11x2 inch cake tin with baking parchment.
- Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Keep aside.
- In a large bowl, add milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat till the sugar is dissolved.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well to form a thick mixture
- Spread it in the lined tin and level it.
- baked in a pre heated oven at 180 c for 40 minutes.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup, flaked almonds or chocolate chips.
- Store in an air tight container for upto 10 days.
