A high energy drink with banana and Walnut, it also serves as a good comfort food for fever
INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup banana, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Honey to drizzle
METHOD
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a glass, drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
